ENSINO DE FILOSOFIA NUMA PERSPECTIVA DA ÉTICA DAS VIRTUDES ARISTOTÉLICA: uma proposta de intervenção para o ensino médio

RESUMO: O presente trabalho intitulado ensino de filosofia numa perspectiva da ética das
virtudes aristotélica como uma proposta para o ensino médio surge com o propósito
de trazer para o meio escolar reflexões pautadas nos saberes éticos, a fim de ampliar
os debates em sala de aula sobre a temática. A construção da pesquisa se deu a partir
da problemática com as seguintes questões: como a ética das virtudes pode dar conta
dos problemas éticos existente no espaço escolar e/ou na sociedade? É possível
trabalhar uma ética clássica nos dias atuais sem transpor ideias prontas ou doutrinar?
Como construir saberes éticos no ensino médio a partir de uma intervenção filosófica?
Como a ética das virtudes pode contribuir para o exercício da cidadania? Como
tentativa de dar respostas para tais questões, desenvolvemos os seguintes objetivos.
Construímos com objetivo geral: promover uma ação intervencionista através da
prática docente em filosofia, no nível médio da Escola Família Agrícola Santa Ângela.
Para os objetivos específicos temos: trabalhar no contexto escolar a partir de uma
reflexão sobre a ética das virtudes aristotélica em sala de aula com os discentes;
discutir sobre a ética das virtudes aristotélica no ensino de filosofia e utilizar, através
de estratégias de ensino, a reflexão e o diálogo sobre a perspectiva das virtudes ética
aristotélica como possível evolução crítica reflexiva dos discentes. A pesquisa se
desenvolve a partir de um estudo teórico baseado numa análise bibliográfica em livros,
artigos, periódicos, dissertações, teses e de um estudo prático em campo, com uma
pesquisa- ação, através da execução de uma proposta de intervenção filosófica na
sala de aula. O trabalho em prática tem um caráter filosófico de cunho qualitativo,
pautado na obra ética a Nicômaco de Aristóteles, assim como de outros comentadores
que discutem o tema. Optou-se em trabalhar tal temática numa proposta de
intervenção, por achar ainda que a escola é o melhor lugar para se discutir os valores
éticos e por acreditar que trabalhar nessa perspectiva possa estimular os discentes a
refletir sobre os problemas éticos que afetam a relação de convivência no espaço
escolar e sociedade.
ABSTRACT: The present work entitled Philosophy teaching from an Aristotelian virtue ethics
perspective as a proposal for high school emerges with the purpose of bringing
reflections based on ethical knowledge to the school environment, in order to broaden
the classroom debates on the theme. The construction of the research took place from
the problematic with the following questions: ho w can the ethics of virtues account for
the ethical problems existing in the school and / or society? Is it possible to work with
a classic ethics today without transposing ready-made ideas or indoctrinating? How to
build ethical knowledge in high school from a philosophical intervention? how can
virtue ethics contribute to the exercise of citizenship? In an attempt to answer such
questions, we have developed the following objectives. The general being promoting
an interventionist action through the teaching practice in philosophy, at the middle level
of the Escola Família Agrícola Santa Ângela. And specific, working in the school
context from a reflection on the ethics of Aristotelian virtues in the classroom with
students; discussion on the ethics of the Aristotelian virtues in the teaching of
philosophy and the use through teaching strategies, reflection and dialogue on the
perspective of the Aristotelian ethical virtues as a possible critical reflexive evolution of
the students. The research develops from a theoretical study based on a bibliographic
analysis in books, articles, periodicals, dissertations, theses and a practical study in
the field, with an action research, through the execution of a proposal of philosophical
intervention in the classroom. The work in practice has a qualitative philosophical
character, based on the Aristotle's Nicômaco ethical, as well as other commentators
who discuss the theme. It was decided to work on this theme in an intervention
proposal, as it still believes that the school is the best place to discuss ethical values.
And because I believe that working in this perspective can encourage students to
reflect on the ethical problems that affect the relationship of coexistence in the school
and society.
